Thank you so much! :) I did it the hard way. I exercised every day for at least an hour to sometimes 2 hours for an entire summer. During the school year I had less time to exercise. So I ate a lot less and when I ate, it was either just fruits and vegetables or all natural foods. I avoided processed foods and I drank and still drink nothing but water. During the week evenings, if I had enough time I would work out anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour. It took me about a year and a half to get where I am today. :)

Honestly, I can't name 5. I've learned that people (esp. young men these days lol) will never be trustworthy, no matter how much you love them or how good you think they are. I can honestly only name 2 people that I will forever trust confidently. God ('cause he's totally a dude haha), and the person God made for me; Jared Keim. Even though J's human and will let me down at times, I can always trust him to correct & ask forgiveness for his wrongs. And he always does. And because God gave him to me and me to him, I simply trust his loyalty. 'Cause that's how true love works, yo! lol

I assume by 'blow' you mean use a hairdryer. lol and yes, most of the time I do. It's good to let your hair dry naturally often though because drying and straightening it causes it to get dry and brittle. Split ends galore! lol

I believe that forgiveness is the only way to fully let go and move on. However, it is one of the hardest things to do in life. I struggle with forgiving.. I do it. But it takes me a while. Grudges never hang around long in my world. Everything and everyone deserves to be forgiven.

Haha My family is from Germany.. but I've pretty much always spoken them. :) I live in America now but I have many friends over there (Germany, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, etc) so I have to keep up with everything so that I can talk them. I've learned most of what I know from listening to them speak. Plus I plan to maybe move there with them within the next couple of years. haha Ican speak a bit of other languages just because some of my friends don't know English perfectly. So, I know just enough to be able to communicate with them both in English and in their language so it evens out. :) I really don't think in English much, to be honest. lol So, I'm constantly training my brain. It just comes naturally.. lol

Oh yes! BUT not as much as I used to -- and for some reason, I get a ton more nervous when I perform with a group. lol When I perform by myself, I hardly ever get nervous, and if I do, it's only a little bit. I love being on stage. :) I got really nervous today when I sang.. but that's only because it was the National Anthem. Haha Every time I perform that song I freak out inside thinking I am going to mess up the words and look like an idiot! lol

Being the person that has to call family members/friends from the morgue to identify deceased people. Ugh.. hearing their reactions.. so awful..
