There is nothing I hate more than someone giving my advice about something they haven't experienced. With the exceptions of child are workers, who do know how to look after children, I still don't think they would be someone I'd like to talk to about big decisions for my child. It's like someone asking me "should I feed my ferret carrots and celery" I don't know I don't have a ferret. How could I answer that? People often comment on my Facebook posts about "ideas they want to do when they have kids" we all have those ideas before we have kids! But a lot of the time it doesn't happen, why? Because we don't know what we're in for!! People who have no experience raising children, shouldn't give advice. I would never do that and I don't know why people think its appropriate to. It makes me so mad! Just because you've read books, studied blah blah blah doesn't mean you know what it's like to have kids. If you don't have kids don't give me advice. It realllllllyyyy annoys me. "Why are you doing that with your child oh my god" says the childless 20 year old girl who has studied childcare or whatever. Fuck that. Lol. Sorry about my rant. It really annoys me.

Probably 16. I know it's probably wishful thinking with the amount of 13/14 year old girls I know who are pregnant. It's a shame that they are having sex so young, but I'd hope my daughter would come to me. If there is anything I want to set into my kids minds its not to be afraid of me, I am here to help and if they tell me they're having sex I'd probably go one step further and get the implanon on her arm, that way she can't forget it, and it will protect her for longer.
