Definitely not option c, because if I consider the money mine, I would never give that kind of money to charity, if I don't consider it mine, I have no right to give it away. So, I'd either take it to the police or keep it myself (giving it to my parents = giving it to the police). I think I'd give it to the police... though I'd ask to get it back if no one comes for it. I'd give it to the police because I think the person who lost it would be a lot unhappier about losing it than I would be happy about finding it.

Yes. Because Yuki is clearly above human level, never showing emotions and being infinitely patient. Asakura on the other hand is just like any random (murdering) human, showing emotions and being impatient. That makes Yuki the better.
