If you truly love them, then you'll stay with them. But if it's an unhealthy relationship that's affecting both of you negatively, then perhaps it's time to move on.
But before you jump to any conclusions, I advise that you communicate your feelings with the one you love. Introspect, make sure you understand how both of you feel, and see if you can compromise to make things better. On another note, remember that sometimes couples merely need a break; distance makes the heart grow fonder. I advise you don't expect quick results, situations like this may either take a second or months to fix.
When it comes to love, I believe it's all up to how your heart feels.
... Of course, that's only if you love them. Make sure you realize whether or not you do, or if you're just dating them for the sake of dating. Whatever the case, if you're happy and wish to stay with them, I wish you the best in your relationship. -

Weeabo's are loud, highly foolish, Japanese-obsessed creatures that lurk the internet for extensive periods of time to rip anime, manga, and games which they may turn into digital formatting and share with others of their kind; most tend to be hardcore nerds, hackers, or programmers. These beings can be identified very easily through their illiteracy, lack of real-life social skills, being able to only socialize through forums, and exasperatingly frequent use, and sometimes misuse, of the words “kawaii”, “baka”, “desu” and other simple Japanese words as they are the only words of the Japanese language they understand how to use.
Weeabo’s can be found nearly everywhere due to their immense populace, but can be found most easily on Gaia Online, 4chan, and at most anime/manga conventions.
The only positive side to being a Weeabo is… oh wait, there isn’t. -
