it depends, sometimes, 4 hrs, sometimes 5hrs.. if i have things to do, then it would be around 4 hrs,,,but usually around that~

i try to recall back the reasons of wanting to do it, there are bound to be valid reasons for it..but sometimes we human forget that. InshaAllah He will give us back that spirit.. (hehe)
