My first reaction to this was "what humor". But you know what...I will indulge on your message today. Thanks for dropping by, G.

I am yet to come across such video game, but there was a number of games that certainly felt that way.

Boring answer: Yes I can, though not always successful. Sometimes I need someone's help, though not always provided.

I do know a person who is a master at this; my roommate told me once, that she would immediately wake up when she tell herself "I am dreaming". It's like a magic word -- doesn't work for me though. ]:

I can't think of much to elaborate on this; it's just as it sounds really, and as much as my imagination/subconscious allows, like molding clouds, causing thunderstorm, playing around with tornado, etc. Yeeess, my little tornadoooos...

Hmm, you know what, it's kind of funny that I don't ever remember making rain. It seems like such an obvious thing, yet I never think of doing it in my dreams. But this is not a surprise considering that I am not very smart in my dreams. It takes real effort being logical in there.

Hey G, thanks for responding to this same question. It was an interesting read, and good to hear you gained control over your dreams since you used to seem extremely distressed by them.

As for my answer...I question its validity because I lack knowledge of the dream conditions other people, because I tend to stay away from talking about my sleep experiences. Why? Because only a small part of it is interesting to discuss. Rest of it just feels like an "I AM MORE INTERESTING"-game.

Anyway, here is my attempt to answer that question: YES. KIND OF.

My answer is not much different from yours, but I was a bit confused whether you were actually trying to ask if I get lucid dreams specifically because you ended your answer using that term. It added some doubts to my presumption that you were referring to ALL dreams in general. Anyway, this is probably a case for many: I am provided of varying magnitude of control in all my dreams -- I call them "control buffer -- and unfortunately, such magnitude can be 0 indeed, and in a lot of times, I just want to sit back and enjoy the show so I don't even try to see how much buffer I have.

This is rather a long elaboration on "YES. KIND OF", but there is one thing I always had in mind; this thing with "controling dream" make it sound like dreams, by default, is uncontrollable, while I think it is the contrary. If I score the amount of control I have in shallow/lucid dreams to be 10/10, my normal dreams score between 2/10 and 9/10. [0/10 to 1/10 for nightmares] Think about it, you can move around and interact with things you want in your dreams, correct? Even if you are the "camera" you can move and choose what you see. You are technically in control, just a small part of it. Even if you can control a huge land mass, manipulate mentality of a dream entity, control weather phenomenon, switch appearance, controlling the EXACT shape of flesh removal without using hands, that's the same thing, just in a different scale. All you really have to do is "expand" your control.

I don't know how control expansion works unfortunately. I can hardly even explain what I do in my own dreams; all of this is just a hypothesis of mine. Also, it is probably unfair for me to assume other people have similar dreaming conditions because my nearly the very first experience I have regard to sleep/dream gave me a pretty good motivation for a way to gain control.

High five for myself for taking a day to write this.

Hey G, what's up? Ah, I am getting mentally jammed again because of the word "favorite" ):

But there is a project involving a non-human character that I have recently building again. I would say its/his name, but it lacks relevance haha.

My elementary school was in the forest. And I had to get there crossing this big ass bridge, where someone jumped off it once. I thought it was kind of neat. The bridge that is.

I can only presume that "other OCs" refer to "not Eigen brothers" judging from what I have been posting on DA and Formspring. I do draw other characters, but it is either the character can't shared yet, or the drawing's quality is waaay too low.

It depends on what you typically smile at I suppose. But good to know that your smiles aren't some kind of expression of pity. Not that I think they are! But I figured it will make you feel better too, knowing that I wasn't perceiving your smiles as actions with hidden motives.

I can't decide if I want something so spectacular that will the shining finale for my taste buds, or something SO awful that I go "yup. Don't want to eat ever again." Admittedly there has been few things I stuck into my mouth that almost made me feel that way.

Lady bug was one of it.

Whoa, you are asking ME for a solving tip? Just because I can solve Rubik's cubes, doesn't mean I am a good solver, but here is what I can tell you:

      1. Memorize algorithms. Shown here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsQIoPyfQzM
      2. Or paint over the cube.
      3. Or just don't ever, EVER scramble it.

If you want some fun with it, you can solve the cube intuitively, without algorithms...or less algorithms. I use half of the Heise method. [Can't do all, still difficult.] But it's pretty fun. Unfortunately, most of the time I rely on algorithm that cycles the last four or two corners. I can solve everything but those corners [NOOB]. But perhaps one day...

      Play

Well, I take my index finger, fold in the other fingers so that they don't get in the way, and press lightly on "y" first. And then "o", "u", "r"...so on and so fourth until it becomes "your sneeze".
