I'm extremely motivated. I have goals in life that I need to achieve. When you want something badly, it's easy to work hard to try to get it. I don't spend as much time dicking around and thus, I have more time to do important things.

LOL, colleges have been taking race into account since the Civil Rights Act in the 60's. Affirmative Action is nothing new and it's a piece of shit. I want to slap every person who supports affirmative action and I can debate the crap out of anyone who dares say that it's a positive thing.

I'm a terrible procrastinator. In fact, I'm doing it right now. I could tell you to just get all your work done then do other stuff, but I myself am incapable of doing that.

Sleep is more than necessary not just to survive, but to keep your hormones balanced. People who are sleep deprived are more irrational, emotional (in a bad way), and function at a lower mental level. Basically, you'll only be able to do a fraction of what you could do if you got enough sleep and you will be a high strung, potentially less happy person.
Also, people up until the age of 22 or so need sleep to develop their brains. If you don't get enough sleep at a young age certain parts of your brain might be underdeveloped, which is a rather scary thought. -
At first, I thought Occupy was run by a group of people who had no idea what they were doing. Now, I still think Occupy is run by a group of people who have no idea what they're doing. They don't even have a clear list of demands. I don't understand the point of their protest other than to just complain about their life situations.
With that said, the movement is an important wake up call to the government that economic inequality in the US is reaching intolerable levels. We're ranked in the bottom 5 in the OCED in social justice, below most of our European peers. We are bottom 5 in poverty levels, which is just unacceptable.
So basically Occupy is a necessary movement but it's being run by the wrong people. They need some good leaders. -
lol, I don't think there's anything you can do to motivate an unmotivated teacher. The only thing you can do in this situation is motivate yourself and learn what you have to learn in the course.

If you want to win a girl over another male, all you have to do is prove you're better. To do this you have to be more confident, funny, intelligent, and have something the other guy doesn't have - a talent, passion, ability, etc. Doing these things, of course, is quite difficult.

Go to the best college you can find. You want to be surrounded by smart students and knowledgeable professors. True, every college teaches out of the same textbooks, but you will learn so much more at a quality institution. When you're surrounded by smart people, you'll be motivated to challenge yourself and work hard in order to keep up.

That's the wrong mentality to take when approaching women most of the time. Wait until you find a girl that you actually want to have a relationship with and I'm sure you'll find more success.

That is unacceptable. I've only ever been in interracial relationships and I find it offensive when people are close-minded like this. As for what you should do, I have no idea what I would do if my parents were like that to be honest.

Find a family member of friend and attempt to teach them what you've learned. Teaching something is the most helpful learning device, interestingly enough.

Thanks for acknowledging that I'm not a girl. I'm not sure seeing as I haven't gotten with hundreds of females but from what I can gather, females initially look for confidence. When they get to know you, they want to see passion, whether it be for love, for a career, a hobby, etc. Confidence and passion are pretty masculine things. They also want a guy who cares, says the right things, and is capable of being romantic and affectionate, honest, intelligent, and funny. These are the qualities I try to demonstrate, but you're better off asking a female for the answer to this question.

Youtube and school occupy almost all of my time these days. Playing Frisbee for the school's team is my main outlet. It's fun, physically demanding, and I get to hang out with a lot of great guys. I just get on the field and I can forget about my busy shit for 2 hours at a time.
