Yes. I used to watch the old BBC series way back when... with the original Dr. And I did see a bunch of the new episodes... The one with the statues that moved if you didn't look at them still scares me enough to make a wee bit of tinkle come out.

So yeah, I guess I'm a fan. (Altho, I don't watch it regularly.)
